I have been hiking in India for more than a decade. And have been rock climbing around Bangalore for more than 5 years.
Finding good trails has always been a bit of a challenge. I mean, so many of them are littered with plastic, and it feels like they're always packed with people.
So, I started hunting for those hidden gems – quiet spots that not many know about, free from litter and crowds. I've actually found quite a few and put together this guide to share them with you.

Where are these hikes located?
All of the hikes are within 100 km of Bangalore, within 2 hours away. Most of them are lesser known, and my go-to when I feel like disconnecting from the fast city life.
What exactly do I get in the guide?
You get access to the guide's website. It has detailed trail descriptions, high-quality photos, GPX files, and maps.
Do you plan to add more trails?
Yes, I do! As I keep exploring new trails I will keep adding them in the guide. I already have 20+ areas waiting to be explored, that's in addition to what I already know of.
Do you plan to document well-known hikes?
Yes! I will freely share well-known trails too. In my opinion, having properly documented trails even for well-known hikes can prevent quite a few accidents. I have already started adding well-known hikes.
